I was referred by another mechanic to bring my car here for service, and I must say that I am beyond pleased with both the customer service and the work they performed on my vehicle.
Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also provided me with a loaner car, which made the entire experience even more convenient. Just when I thought they couldn’t exceed my expectations any further, I picked up my vehicle and found one of my favorite treats, a chocolate chip cookie, waiting for me. Then, a day later, I received a beautiful thank-you card in the mail expressing their appreciation for trusting them with my car.
I have never experienced this level of care and professionalism before, not even from my own dealership, where I usually have my vehicle serviced. Brandon and his team have truly turned me into a loyal customer, and I have already been sharing my wonderful experience with others.

I've been going to lmw for several years now. Every time I reach out I get priority treatment. I joined the rewards club and get reasonable priced repairs. Brandon, Mackenzire and all other staff are friendly and professional. The free loaner keeps me able to handle life responsibilities when I have complicated/mutiple repairs done... Not to mention the cookie treat hanging on rearview mirros that my son loves to eat 🙂

Great experience at LMW Auto Repair! Brandon did an excellent job on my vehicle and was honest, knowledgeable and thorough. Mackenzie in the office was friendly, professional and kept me updated every step of the way. The service was quick, the pricing was fair and the whole process was stress free. I have been using LMW for about 8 years for both my car & truck and have always had a great experience. They take take great care of your vehicle, take great notes, communicate very well, and I really like the Digital Vehicle Inspection Tool they use. Also really appreciate Brandon and how he went the extra mile for my husband and I when we had an issue. Highly recommend as your trusted mechanic.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. I used a coupon mailer that I had received. Mackenzie helped me to schedule my appointment and was great to work with. I waited at the shop while the work was completed on my car and it was quick and a job well done. I will return here for future maintenance and recommend this shop to others.

I needed new tires before I drove my truck on a vacation trip. I called LMW to see if they could help me the week before I left. Mackenzie and Brandon were more than accommodating. They worked me into the schedule, ordered my tires, and installed them onto my truck before I had to leave. They worked with my schedule, provided excellent work, and customer service. I would recommend and trust this shop with any automotive needs.

Clean shop, friendly staff. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Was impressed that the use torque wrench on tire bolts. This shop ticks all boxes mentioned in Royalty Auto videos. I WILL be back.

I needed a new place for scheduled maintenance and oil changes when I purchased my Mini Countryman. LMW was exactly what I was looking for. Experienced staff, a comfortable waiting area with coffee and a clean, comfortable place to work/wait, and a pleasant customer experience all the way around.

Can’t say enough good things about working with LMW. At first glance you may think oh they seem a little pricey than another company. But pump the brakes they are 100% worth every penny. They go far and above in terms of service compared to any other shop I have ever worked with. They always go the extra mile to include a ride at drop off or a loaner if available. Communication is great, the break down of what’s needed is easily digestible. Couldn't be happier with the choice I made to work with them!

I had to get my 24 foot cargo trailer inspected. Bradley did the inspection and was very thorough. I failed on just a few minor things which I had fixed within a few days. Brought it back and got the final inspection. A special thanks to Bradley, Josh and the other girl in the office. Very nice to deal with! It was a nice change to have a positive experience at an auto repair shop.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Brandon and Vince were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured or rushed, which I really appreciated.One thing that really stood out was the detailed recap of my vehicle inspection. I’ve never experienced that level of communication and transparency when having my car serviced, and it made a huge difference.The customer service was truly top-notch, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I was so impressed that I’m already planning to return for my next maintenance service.Overall experience: 100/10! I highly recommend them. LMW is one of the finest repair shops I’ve been to, fully transparent and options were available within a reasonable time. Costs for repairs were decent and they offered a discount for military service members which is much appreciated. They are very well represented through manager Vince and Caroline. Work was done promptly and they were nice enough to have a mechanic come to my house and bring me to the shop when the vehicle was ready. Highly recommend using LMW

From the minute I walked in ….Vince…Carolyn and everyone made me feel like I had come to the right place. Absolute honesty….transparency and no pressure or upselling or ‘undue’ pressure to do things that were not necessary. It was such a pleasure working with the team and Duane the mechanic went over and above board to ensure that he delivered on his expertise and my expectations. After confirming the costs…Vince actually told me that they had not used a particular part and therefore the cost would be less !! And with their warranty …why would you go anywhere else ??!!! Besides their technical expertise…they’re just a ‘ wonderful family’ who have your and your car’s best interests at heart ♥️

LMW goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the right thing for you and your car. I brought in my 2011 X5M, which has definitely seen better days, and dropped it off for service. LMW safely and properly inspected the issue and began planning the best next steps to get my car back into good working condition.
They were extremely transparent about everything they were doing and made sure I fully understood exactly what the issues were, how they are commonly caused, and what needed to be done. They were also very flexible in working with my needs.
After discussing the key issues and working through a plan, they even went out of their way to contact BMW for schematics and diagrams of the parts they were fixing. They delivered a flawless repair that was exactly what I needed and done the right way.
I fully trust LMW with my vehicle and would highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, highly trained, and genuinely do what is best for you and your car.

As a business executive, I pay close attention to customer service, communication, quality of work, and overall integrity—and Vince and Caroline excel in every area. I’ve worked with them multiple times, including on my son’s vehicle, which had a complex electrical issue. When Vince wasn’t fully satisfied with the initial diagnosis, he didn’t guess or push forward unnecessarily. Instead, he consulted a Master Volvo technician to ensure they were on the right path—ultimately saving me time and money. That level of honesty and diligence is rare.
They also handled another issue for us when squirrels damaged wiring in my wife’s Grand Cherokee. They quickly identified the problem, fixed it efficiently, and even provided us with a loaner car at no cost while the work was being done.
Throughout every step of the process, their communication was outstanding. I was kept informed on progress, options, and approximate costs, so there were never any surprises. In an industry where it’s easy to feel skeptical or unsure, I fully trust Vince and Caroline to always do the right thing.
